absolutely fantastic experience at Larkin!! Called last week for a broken wheel stud, got me in within 20 minutes and out in an hour! Came back for all new breaks and tires and they had my car out and about in just a few hours! Everybody is so nice, this place absolutely rocks! If you want a reliable and kind place, this is your spot. Go Larkin bros!

I ended up with a flat tire at 1am in San Francisco. The tire was completed busted and came off the rim the car was not driveable at all. I had the tow truck tow me to the nearest tire place that would be open in the morning on a Sat, Larkin Bros Tire. I came back there as soon as they opened at 8am. The owner helped me and looked up the tire size and type and informed me that they didnt have it in stock, and that there are no deliveries on Sat. He then went the extra mile to look through their used tire inventory but could not find any match. He then called around 2 delivery places and asked if they would make an exception and deliver on Sat, which didn't work out. He then called other tire shops that were nearby and found one that had the right tire in stock, told them to put aside the tire under my name and reserve appointment and handed off my business to them. I got my car towed to the other tire shop. When I got there they already had my info and were ready to go and got everything taken care off within 2 hours. Rarely do you see such courteous professionalism in auto repair industry. The guy at Larkin didn't have to do any of this, especially since I wasnt bringing him a

**Avoid this shop.** Year 1: We got a flat shortly after buying a new car and had it fixed here. A few more flats followed, and based on their recommendation we replaced all four tires with their "Premier snow and mud" tires. Year 2: Three to four more slow leaking flats in a single year — each time we were told it was a "different tire." On the last visit I watched the technician and was told the flat was in the exact same spot as the previous repair. I saw that the spot had been patched multiple times over. So much for "different tires." The owner then told me the hole was too big to fix and pushed me to buy a used tire from them and sign a waiver — despite the fact that they had sold us the full new set the year before. I declined and asked them to put the old patch back so I could drive to another shop. The technician said it was already patched but it wasn't holding. I took the tire to a different shop. They inspected it and found no leak at all. The tire was fine. So: repeat patches on the same spot while being told they were "different tires," a false claim that the tire was unfixable, a pitch to sell me a used tire, and likely an unnecessary new set the year before. Good service but $135 for an oil change? Way overpriced. Usually if they charge that much they diagnose tires, breaks, filter status. They didn’t give me any details about the car, just 135 for the 45 minute oil change.

I think I was a teenager stuck with the flat tire many years ago when I got help from Larkins Beothers. Decades later I'm still going back, because they have consistently been so helpful. They assess the situation, give me reasonable information, and then let me make the decision. From a patch to a 50k service, I rely on them!!
